Allied Telesis' is unique in its ability to provide all these elements, either by itself or together with partners. The Net.Cover Gold is designed to meet or exceed all the essential requirements of supporting and maintaining enterprise LANs and WANs. Ideal for non-mission-critical network environments that requires a higher response time during normal business hours. The Net.Cover Gold plan includes faster on-site service and spares. This program is the enhanced level of On-Site support for all Category 2 products and is provided at minimal additional cost to the customer.Allied Telesis'' Net.Cover Gold offers a Web-based, on-line support and information service that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It provides users with a wealth of up-to-date information with new information added daily. It puts a wide range of electronic problem resolution tools, information, and services at the customer's fingertips. Allied Telesis'' annual Software Subscription Service (SSS) ensures that customers are notified immediately of software patches and revisions as soon as they are released. This service allows customers to download software and release notes directly from the technical support web site or they can request that the hard copy files be mailed to them. If software is not more than two revisions old, SSS covers bringing that unit up to the latest revision upon signing up for the Software Subscription Service. Customers receive toll-free phone or email access to Allied Telesis'' Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team who is available via toll free number during local business hours, Monday through Friday. An Allied Telesis' network support engineer troubleshoots the problem within your specified network environment and validates or identifies and isolates Allied Telesis' product failures.
