Cherry G 83-6700 is an ideal solution for home banking using the HBCI smartcard (IT SEC E2-high approved), or for smartcard-based Internet transactions, PC access control, network log-on etc. The keyboard is Windows-compatible (104/105 keys) and is produced in a wide variety of national layouts. Smartcard terminal is compliant with PC/SC specification. Push-pull mechanism in contact unit delivers high reading precision. Membrane contact switches incorporating rubber-mat technology with soft contact key action for superior reliability.
