Based on the next generation REALimage 2000 architecture from Evans & Sutherland, the PowerStorm 300 provides the fastest 3D application performance in its class. This video card features optimized solution at 1280 x 1024, true-color double buffered for demanding solids modeling, animation and visualization applications. It has a next generation high-performance rendering engine based on the Evans and Sutherland REALimage 2000 architecture. 15 MB 3D-RAM is provided for frame buffer and Z-buffer and 16 MB of high performance texture memory. PowerStorm 300 allows dual display support using an additional PCI controller. This card is installed in an AGP slot.
