The 3Com OfficeConnect Wireless 54Mbps 11g Access Point offers a cost effective solution for high-speed, reliable and secure IEEE 802.11g wireless networking. It is the ideal solution for branch offices, remote sites, small offices and home offices, and provides speeds of up to 108 Mbps for up to 30 wireless users. W-Fi certified IEEE 802.11b/g ensures interoperability with Wi-Fi certified products. Wireless Distribution System (WDS) eliminates the need to connect the wireless network into a wired LAN, supporting access point, client, point-to-point bridge, and repeater modes. Security features support the latest encryption including Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2), and Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP). Compact, streamlined and versatile, it ships with a custom cradle for mounting on a desktop or a wall.
