The ADIC FastStor is a seven-tape, random access DLT autoloader designed as an alternative to single, standalone tape drives. Its seven-tape capacity means fewer tape changes, lower administrative overhead, and fewer operator errors. It is sized to fit easily on top of a server, and two FastStor units can be rackmounted side-by-side in only 7 vertical inches (4u). The informative LCD readout and clear menu commands make operating the FastStor easy.
