AVerTV DVB-S Hybrid+FM is a Digital Satellite and Analog TV Card that allows you to access free-to-air digital satellite TV, analog TV and FM radio on your desktop. Use it to record and save TV programs directly to your PC in MPEG-2 format. You can even hook it up to your home video entertainment system with the additional AV and S-video input. It also has a unique feature of allowing you to pause a live broadcast and continue from where you left with the TimeShift function.
