You'll find it particularly useful when installing a new subwoofer. An amplifier's subsonic filter improves subwoofer performance by cutting unnecessary sub-bass range signals produced by voltage fluctuations. Gold plating maintains signal purity and improves connection reliability by preventing corrosion and eliminating losses due to contact resistance.
