The Compaq Global 288 Telephony Modem is targeted at those users who require international modem support. With support in over 20 countries when used with country specific cables, the Compaq Global 288 Telephony Modem eliminates the need to carry different modems to meet the agency requirements in different countries. The Global modem ships with the JustConnect software, providing the user with advanced telephony features when it is used with a Compaq telephony-ready notebook (Armada 4100 Family, LTE 5000 Offerings, Aero, Contura 400 Series, and Elite Series).
