The MarkNet XL Ethernet 10BaseT Internal Network Adapter for the 4039 Series and Optra Series laser printers supports LexLink, NetWare, Windows NT, Apple TokenTalk/EtherTalk and TCP/IP. MarkNet XL network adapters with larger flash memory are recommended where TCP/IP is a requirement. These new boards support Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) in TCP/IP environments. MarkNet XL Internal Network Adapters are used to attach the printer directly to Local Area Networks. This allows the printer to be conveniently located near the users, improving productivity and security.
