The NQ-3711BL Silent Tornado 120mm FAN is designed for silent but effective airflow in your PC case. The low fan speed gives a noise level at 12 - 17dB so you will never hear the fan. The exclusive aluminum frame around the FAN section gives a long lifetime of the FAN, and cool looking light with the blue LED light included.
