The Option GSM-Ready 56K PC Card supports roaming capabilities for world-wide use and conforms to the international GSM-900, DCS-1800 and PCS-1900 (GSM North-America) standards. The Option GSM-Ready 56K modem is fuelled with ITU V.90: one of the world's fastest standards, from an industry-leading chipset manufacturer. Does it need to be said that the GSM-Ready 56K modem is upgradable to K56flex? This GSM-Ready PC Card is GSM upgradable (it is not activated and can’t provide connection via cellular phones).
