SPEEDY is a service, which enables the creation of customizable directories, extending the functionality of Cisco Systems Callmanager Express (CME). SPEEDY allows users to add/delete/modify public and personal directories through a web interface and/or directly through XML on the IP phones. SPEEDY is targeted to the same market range addressed by the CME of Cisco Systems, the small and medium offices. SPEEDY can import firm contacts trough .csv files, add single contacts and organize them in folders trough a simple (web interface). Users can also create in an exclusive way personal directories and contacts.
