The AIT Library 162 tape library, with a unique 16-slot internal carousel configuration, holds up to 2.08 TB of data for enterprise-level storage requirements. With an MTBF of greater than 300,000 Power On Hours (100% duty cycle) and greater than 1,000,000 cycles MCBF, the Sony AIT Library 162 can provide years of trouble-free operation. The AIT Library 162 delivers fast data transfer rates to meet your storage needs and decrease your date backup window. A second, hot swappable, drive can be added on with an easy to install optional drive sled unit.
