3Com's OfficeConnect 8-Port 10/100Mbps dual-speed switch is designed for small business branch office and home office environments. Ideal for effortless migration between 10Mbps and 100Mbps, it features 8 unmanaged Fast Ethernet 10/100 autosensing ports for server or backbone connection. It auto-negotiates full and half-duplex on all ports, doubling throughput when ports are connected to other auto-negotiating, full-duplex devices. This switch features full wire-rate switching to eliminate bottlenecks that restrict data flow and delay traffic.
