Genuine 3Com XFP transceivers are industry-standard, hot-swappable link adapters that plug into 10-Gigabit Ethernet XFP module slots to connect to 10-Gigabit fiber- or copper-based cabling. The 3Com 10GBASECX4 XFP transceiver enables one 10GBASE-CX4 backbone link for organizations requiring high performance local connections over copper CX4-based cabling. The CX4 standard supports link lengths between 1 meter and 15 meters.
