The external ISDN controller FRITZ!Card USB v2.0 provides all the familiar functions of an internal hardware component, in addition to all the advantages of USB. Once connected to the USB port, the ISDN controller is automatically detected and fully configured by the operating system, ready to be used by the PC or notebook. In Windows XP/Me/2000, FRITZ!Card USB also takes advantage of the Advanced Configuration Power Interface (ACPI). Installed on an ACPI-compatible system, FRITZ!Card USB v2.0 provides an additional remote wake-up option from stand-by mode.
