PCI Netfinity Advanced System Management Adapter connects to the integrated system management processor of supported Netfinity servers. Battery-backed event log automatically timestamps events for efficient problem determination. The adapter automatically forwards alerts of critical events over LAN or modem to Netfinity Manager Console, from a modem to an alpha-numerical or numerical pager, or SNMP traps over LAN to an SNMP Manager. It features dedicated LAN management connection using 10/100 Ethernet or optionally available 16/4 Token-Ring. Remote management is available from a Web Browser interface or Telnet Session for LAN connections.
